Company Overview
All Jekran's operations and setup are based in Malta, Europe's most southerly country. Being a full member of both the European Union since 2004 and the Euro Currency block in 2008, Malta is a bilingual state, with most locals speaking fluent English. This greatly aids foreign trade and technical competency.
Jekran was established in 2011, but its founder and managing director has been involved in the construction and maintenance of CNC machinery and waterjets for over two decades.
The company has established itself within Malta as the sole manufacturing company in the fields of waterjet, plasma, and CNC production. Jekran is currently expanding its facility to improve efficiency and operations, with the current factory expansion set up within the Bulebel Industrial Estate.
Over the years, we have also grown our export potential, with trade covering the USA and
Australia continents through established distributors such as Baileigh Inc. and Westermans
International Ltd., among others, and direct clients within private institutions and universities.
Jekran’s extensive experience and expertise in waterjet, plasma and CNC machinery translate into excellent service, providing each client with individual attention and sound advice.
Our commitment to quality and innovation ensures that we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Characteristics Of Jekran CNC Laser Machine
Drawing on our extensive experience in CNC manufacturing technology, we have engineered the XT‑H1530 fiber laser cutter to combine high precision, speed, and ease of use. This model delivers exceptional cut quality on mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, with smooth edges requiring minimal or no post‑processing. Its rigid tube‑welded frame ensures stability during high‑speed operation, while the aviation‑grade aluminum gantry achieves excellent acceleration with reduced inertia. The auto‑focus laser head adapts cutting height dynamically for optimal results across varying material thicknesses.
The user‑friendly CYPCUT control system, paired with a responsive touch‑screen interface, allows operators of varying skill levels to achieve production‑ready output after minimal training. Designed for efficiency, the XT‑H1530 requires low ongoing maintenance, maximizing uptime and return on investment.
Applications
The XT-H1530 fiber laser cutter is ideal for precision sheet-metal fabrication, custom component manufacturing, signage production, and detailed decorative work. Its versatility makes it well-suited for industries including automotive, aerospace, construction, energy, and general engineering. High cutting accuracy and clean edges reduce secondary processing, helping manufacturers shorten lead times and improve cost efficiency.
Energy Efficiency Advantage
Equipped with a high‑performance fiber laser source and optimized power management, the XT‑H1530 consumes significantly less energy than traditional CO₂ or plasma systems. Lower operating power means reduced electricity costs and a smaller environmental footprint over the machine’s lifespan.
The machine incorporates the following features:
1. High‑precision fiber laser cutting with ±0.03 mm positioning accuracy
2. Raycus 6000 W/12000 W fiber laser source for clean, efficient cutting on a wide range of metals
3. Aviation aluminium gantry for lightweight strength and fast motion
4. Automatic focusing BOCI BLT3 laser head for optimal cutting performance
5. Multi‑level perforation and super‑fine cutting modes for detailed work
6. Anti‑slag protection and advanced cutting path optimization
7. Safety systems including door interlock, collision sensing, and laser fault alarms
8. Smart visual status indicators for operational safety
9. Water chiller integration for stable performance and extended laser lifespan
10. Open‑type design for easy loading/unloading of large sheets
11. Dual‑drive precision rack & pinion motion system for smooth operation
12. Remote diagnostics capability for rapid technical support
13. Pre‑installed FSCUT2000E control system with CYPCUT software
14. Minimal setup time from delivery to first cut — shipped pre‑assembled and fully tested
