The DynaPath Rotary CNC System is a standalone CNC control paired with a rotary table unit that integrates with any Machining Center, Drill Tap Center, or Milling Machine as a simple and cost-effective upgrade to enable indexing capability. Depending on the machining requirements, a single axis and a dual axis type rotary table are offered.
The DynaPath Rotary CNC Control can be programmed for up to 100 absolute or incremental positions, and communicates with the primary CNC via discrete I/O controlled by PLC or M-Code commands.
DynaPath Single Axis Rotary Tables feature high resolution 24-Bit encoders, a uniform pneumatic braking system, and two sets of precision oblique angle roller bearings to offer excellent accuracy and rigidity for rotary indexing. Rotary Tables are offered in many sizes and specifications.
