Increased opportunities

Look, touch and feel: Laser technology
Our high-precision Laser texturing solutions allows you to make your distinct mark on 3D geometries in a wide range of applications. GF Machining Solutions is pleased to offer you a high-precision Laser texturing solution, LASER P series, which enables the creation of logos and textures with incomparable quality.

Create with no limitations
Using digital technology for design minimizes the risk of deviation from your original idea. You can think and create with no limitations.GF Machining Solutions` Laser technology uses a 100 percent digital process for five axis texturing and engraving, which eliminates any guesswork and allows our LASER products to create your distinct designs on complex surfaces with an inimitable quality. Our dedicated smart software package guides you from the preparation phase to machining, to fulfill your design vision.

Think and realize–the power of GF Machining Solutions’ dedicated software
Laser texturing begins with a 3D CAD file of the shape and a high-quality digital image based on a bitmap/grayscale file of the texture to be machined. 2D and complex 3D textures are efficiently and repeatable rendered. Our digital technology allows you to manage random and overlapped textures. Even on the most innovative and challenges designs.

Go big, go Laser today

Extra-large capacity handles the biggest molds.
LASER P 4000 U, the biggest laser texturing solution on the market, enables highly accurate texturing of even the largest work pieces. Thanks to the extra-large, capacity of the LASER P 4000 U, your distinct textures can easily be applied to oversize molds for end products like truck and auto bumpers, instrument and door panels, central consoles, airbag covers, and headlights, aircraft and luxury yacht interiors, home appliances and big-screen TVs, as well as casting molds and forging tools.

Bet for more flexibility - Laser mask removing and direct texturing
The LASER P 4000 U is blazing new trails in direct texturing, and its versatility is extended by its usefulness in the traditional chemical etching process. Because the LASER P 4000 U can easily manage multiple layers of texture and is easily and quickly repositionable, it offers distinct advantages for both mask removal as part of the chemical etching process and direct laser texturing.

A greener way to produce a mold
In addition, it is a non-polluting process producing no fluids, slurry or chips and, consequently, presents no concerns about disposal. Dust particles produced by Laser ablation are automatically extracted by vacuum, ensuring a clean process.
