Laser texturing begins with a 3D CAD file of the shape and a high-quality digital image based on a bitmap/grayscale file of the texture to be machined. 2D and complex 3D textures are efficiently and repeatable rendered. Our digital technology allows you to manage random and overlapped textures. Even on the most innovative and challenges designs, It ensures perfect continuity of your texture when it is applied to the end product.Because a digital image is used as a baseline, customers can reproduce and guarantee the integrity of future iterations of a specific texture, engraving, mark or label. The original digital image remains on file for easy access and future use.
