The TC600 is a precision high-performance turning center for short, medium, and high volume turning of complex workpieces. The rigid machine base is a one-piece cast iron design with hardened and ground box guideways resulting in an extremely stable machine with excellent vibration dampening. This model is available with 2.5 in. (65 mm) or 3.3 in. (85 mm) spindle bores on the main spindle or the available second spindle in lieu of a programmable tailstock. Both spindles offer C-axis servo control and cylindrical transformation for complex milling jobs. The high-speed servo driven BMT45 turret made by Spinner has a true Y-axis and provides 16 live tool stations that are independently driven.
