The TTS-Triplex is a multitasking high-performance turning center for simultaneous machining for medium and high volume turning of complex workpieces with three independent high-speed servo driven turrets made by Spinner. All turrets operate independently on the main or counter-spindle or can work on one spindle at the same time if desired.
Each turret features our special anti-vibration damping system which absorbs micro vibrations generated during the machining the process for up to 50% higher cutting performance than turrets without dampening technology. This makes it possible to finish turn on the counter-spindle while roughing on the main spindle with no negative effect on part finishes.
The turrets have 12 live tool stations per turret and are available with BMT45 or VDI25 tool holder style. This model is available with main and counter-spindle bore capacities of 42mm (1.65"), 65mm (2.55"), 85mm (3.34"), 125mm (4.92"). Both spindles offer C-axis servo control and cylindrical transformation for complex milling jobs. Control systems include Fanuc or Siemens.
